god has no religion May 21, 2025
in every moment is something new
and something which has always been
you cannot claim me
for i am the spirit of reality
which outruns every name
and outlasts every container
i can sit in prison until the bars rust away
i can wait at the bottom of the lake
until i am forgotten by all
and return afresh on the shore
hungry, and smiling
god has no religion
